Three Ways to Build Patient Connections and Boost Earnings
At Wellevate, we talk to thousands of practitioners across multiple disciplines. Whether we’re speaking to NDs or MDs, chiropractors or acupuncturists, those with the highest patient engagement and online dispensary earnings have three things in common.
Get patients on Wellevate during their first visit.
Remind patients about Wellevate in easy and relevant ways.
(if you’re not reminding them about all of the ways to order from your practice then who will?)
Introduce Wellevate during all of your patients’ first visits
The earlier your new patients learn what Wellevate is, the earlier they’ll experience how much easier it is to stick with your treatment plan, and it’s no hard-sell to show your patients how Wellevate benefits them.
Watch how Dianne Rishikof makes that first intro.
You can also send patients home with your custom Wellevate link.
Our partnership with Vistaprint entitles practitioners to free, customized print materials that feature your logo and Wellevate link. Order anything from brochures to business cards, and even custom refill reminder bottle stickers for your in-house inventory.
Feature Wellevate in patient communications
Embed a free Wellevate icon to your website or add a link on your site navigation pointing patients directly to your Wellevate store.
Want to provide more than a link? Try a dedicated page on your site that explains how you use supplements in your practice, what brands are your favorites, and includes a prominent link to your Wellevate store.
Make every communication a gentle reminder
Put the power of your email signature to work for you. Add text above or below your contact information like, “Need a refill? Click here to order.” Most email providers allow you to use hyperlinks, so you don’t have to worry about displaying your store’s entire URL.
You might also consider adding similar language to your outgoing voicemail recording. A simple, “If you’re calling for a refill, remember you can always visit us on the web at wellevate dot me slash [practice name].”
Keeping patients connected and engaged takes consistent effort, but the payoff is worth it–for their health and your practice.
