Now available: Pediatric Sleep Support from Mary Bove, ND
It’s important for everyone to get a good night’s sleep, but especially for children whose brains, bodies and immune systems are constantly developing. Studies have shown that children who regularly get good, quality sleep do better academically, have improved attention, experience fewer behavioral and developmental difficulties and social issues, and are less likely to have weight problems as they move through childhood into adolescence.
And, as any parent can tell you, when their children are well rested, they’re likely to be more well rested, too.
Ways we support adult sleep, however, aren’t always appropriate for pediatric patients. That’s why we’ve called upon Mary Bove, ND, author of Encyclopedia of Natural Healing for Children and Infants, to share the products she recommends to parents who want to support their children’s sleep.
You can find Pediatric Sleep Support in the Wellevate Protocol Library along with other pediatric recommendations from Mary Bove.
