In today’s world, we are exposed to more toxins than ever before. It’s estimated that every one of us carries hundreds of contaminants within our bodies.
While it is true that the human body has been equipped to rid itself of potentially harmful chemicals, the sheer volume of what we’re now exposed to can overburden our natural detoxification abilities and allow toxins to accumulate in our tissues.
We mostly think of toxins coming from the environment, like air pollution, chemicals and pesticides. But some toxins are generated from within, by stress and negative thinking. Embarking on a cleanse or detox for only one or two body systems, such as the colon or liver addresses only part of the toxic burden. What if a detox program was designed to remove physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual barriers to overall health and happiness and set the foundation for healing the whole person?
Deanna Minich’s Whole Detox is a 21-day program providing a multi-faceted approach to health issues and toxic barriers. It provides personalized options for wellness, from recipes to journaling to physical movement to mind-body practices such as affirmations, guided imagery, and meditation. After all, isn’t healing a process of integration and wholeness?
Dr. Minich’s detoxification protocol includes the supplements she recommends for an effective whole body detox. Beyond a cleanse, the Whole Detox supplement regimen provides nutrients the body needs to carry out the most effective detoxification.
