Enhancing your Wellevate Profile for Maximum Patient Engagement
You have probably seen that your online presence can have a big impact on your business—your website might be the first way that new clients find you, and a major way that they learn more about you and your practice.
When we were designing Wellevate, we had your brand and your online business in mind. But are you sure you’re maximizing your opportunity to have a strong online presence for your patients?
Wellevate offers a high level of customization within your profile, which allows you to control what your patients see each and every time they log into Wellevate. You can add your photo and logo, provide information on your location and hours, and even link to your social media profiles (if you’re savvy & keeping up with those!).
It only takes minutes to make sure that you’re getting the most out of Wellevate. All of the following updates can be quickly and easily made in your Account Settings menu:
- Add a photo! Under “Profile” upload a photo to personalize your dispensary and your patient interactions.
- Ensure correct contact information. We don’t require you to enter any of this, but here you have the chance to enter your business address, phone number, and a special email address for patients to use (versus the email we have on file for your account management). These can all be found under “Profile” as well.
- Add a logo, hours, and social media accounts. All of these can be added under “Business Information” in your Account Settings menu.To link your social media accounts, log into your account online and click on your own profile page. Copy the URL and paste it into each text box under the appropriate social media platform. (They typically follow a format with their website/username. For example, your Facebook profile page might live at https://www.facebook.com/pefectfertility/ for Perfect Fertility’s account.)
- Make sure you like it! The patient view of your Wellevate Profile Page is always accessible by clicking the blue “Preview Patient View” button on the left-hand navigation column in your Account Settings.
Taking just a few minutes to add these few items can provide a quick and easy way for patients to get easy access to all of the information they need about your practice—and can also make sure that your practice branding flows through every patient interaction, including those on Wellevate!
